Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We pack every order to order from Colorado and ship within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping is free over $75, and a flat $7.95 under that. Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days with tracking provided at dispatch. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not fully happy, return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Start a return by emailing support@mhproducts.store with your order number. Return shipping is on us for defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll ship a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item first.
